The TP-Link EAP650-Outdoor is a professional AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 outdoor access point designed to provide fast, reliable and high-capacity wireless connectivity in both outdoor and demanding indoor environments. With combined wireless speeds of up to 2,976 Mbps — up to 2,402 Mbps on 5 GHz and 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz — it delivers excellent performance for networks with many simultaneously connected devices.

Thanks to advanced Wi-Fi 6 technologies, including OFDMA, MU-MIMO, 1024-QAM and 160 MHz channel bandwidth, the EAP650-Outdoor improves network efficiency, reduces congestion and provides a smoother wireless experience for multiple users and devices.

Its IP67-rated weatherproof enclosure is designed for outdoor installation and provides protection against dust and water. The access point operates reliably in temperatures from -30°C to 70°C, making it suitable for a wide range of outdoor applications.

The EAP650-Outdoor features high-performance dual-band antennas, with 2 × 4 dBi antennas on 2.4 GHz and 2 × 5 dBi antennas on 5 GHz, providing extended coverage and reliable wireless performance.

With Omada Mesh support, multiple compatible access points can be connected wirelessly to extend network coverage without requiring Ethernet cabling between every access point. Seamless Roaming helps maintain a stable connection as users move between compatible Omada access points.

Installation is flexible thanks to support for both 802.3at PoE+ and 48V Passive PoE. The device can be centrally managed through the TP-Link Omada SDN platform, including compatible Omada controllers, web interface and Omada App, making it suitable for professional networks requiring centralized monitoring and management.

Advanced security and network-management features include WPA3, WPA2, captive portal, 802.1X authentication, MAC filtering, VLAN, SSID-to-VLAN mapping, client isolation, Rogue AP Detection, Band Steering, Load Balancing, Airtime Fairness, Beamforming and QoS.
